If errors are made during installation, who is responsible for them? If the roof along with panels and electrical work is installed by external/certified installation companies, who provides the installation warranty? SOLROOF/BP2 or the company performing the work on the roof?

Any installation errors are the responsibility of the company performing the given stage of work.

• Roof installation – warranty for proper execution is provided by an authorized SOLROOF roofer who performs the installation of FIT steel panels and sheet metal work.

• Electrical installation – responsibility for the correctness of DC/AC installation, inverter connection, optimizers, and grid integration lies with the electrical company holding appropriate qualifications (qualification certificate, RES certificate, or construction permits).

BP2 as the manufacturer provides product warranty (FIT VOLT panels, steel components, power warranty), while installation warranty belongs to the contracting companies that performed the work on the roof and electrical systems.
