The FIT panel is the steel inactive part of the SOLROOF roof, which complements the integrated FIT VOLT photovoltaic panels (active part), creating a cohesive and watertight surface. Its appearance resembles traditional roofs with alternating sheet arrangements but is manufactured using modern mounting technologies and XCarb® recycled and renewably produced steel, characterized by a low carbon footprint and high durability. The FIT steel panels provide a durable and aesthetic complement to the roof surface, ensuring its waterproofness and resistance.
Thanks to the modular construction of SOLROOF panels, we can precisely adapt the installation to roofs with non-standard geometry. The modular construction of the SOLROOF roof significantly speeds up installation, enables easier transport, and our proprietary connection systems provide additional convenience for roofers. An additional advantage is the visual effect that references traditional roofing materials.

MOLLET [O] is a profiling dedicated to inactive steel panels FIT in the SOLROOF system. MOLLET [O] technology involves micro-profiling the surface, which creates a 3D effect and eliminates height differences between FIT VOLT and FIT panels.

During the production stage, a special sealant is pressed into the sheet’s fold. It is distinguished by its high flexibility and resistance to variable weather conditions.
BEND LOCK
The latest technology for impeccable roof appearance
A technical solution designed to fold the panel at the eaves section of the roof to conceal and protect the cut edge and eliminate the need for screw mounting. Additionally, the lower BEND LOCK fold is cut at an angle, which facilitates panel guidance and lengthwise connection.
EASY LINK
A proprietary solution that makes sheets fit together like never before.
The proprietary solution applied involves cutting the corner of the embossing to avoid overlapping three layers of sheet metal at the connection point. Additionally, the specially shaped profile of the edge embossings enables perfect fitting of sheets without visible longitudinal joints.
SOUNDCONTROL 200
It's a special sound-absorbing layer used under inactive SOLROOF roof panels.
This reduces rain noise and increases the absorption of sounds of various frequencies in the room. SOUNDCONTROL 200, being a porous and air-permeable coating, does not trap water vapor in the room but allows it to diffuse, which supports the “breathing” of the entire roof.

XTREME [XT] is the highest-grade protective coating from ArcelorMittal, setting a new standard for durability and resistance of SOLROOF roofs. Thanks to its advanced multi-layer structure with a thickness of 70 μm, it provides exceptional protection for roof panels against the harshest weather conditions – from intense UV radiation to extreme corrosive environments (e.g., coastal areas with high salinity).
We offer the XTREME [XT] coating in deep black XT 33, a shade that perfectly complements the aesthetics of modern construction and SOLROOF roofing. Combined with low-emission XCarb® steel, it guarantees durability with a reduced environmental impact.

UTK 33
A coating with a thickness of 35 μm, which has very high resistance to corrosion and UV (RC4/RUV4). Its visual characteristic is a granular structure .Created inspired by nature, it is free from chromium and heavy metals, and as an environmentally friendly product it is recyclable at least 80%. Sheet metal coated with a flexible coatingULTIMAT [UTK] can be profiled at exceptionally low temperatures.

The MOLLET [O] technology is based on surface microprofiling,which creates a 3D effect and eliminates height differences between FIT VOLT and FIT panels.
XCarb® series steel comes from more sustainable production processes that reduce CO2 emissions through the use of modern technologies, such as recycling, reduced energy consumption, and the implementation of renewable energy sources. XCarb® offers steel with a sustainable profile, ideal for companies aiming to reduce their carbon footprint.
XCarb® low-carbon steel is produced in electric arc furnaces from 75% recycled materials and using only renewable electricity. The carbon footprint when using XCarb® low-carbon steel is about approx. 62% lower than with standard solutions where the sheet is coated with organic coatings.
Despite the reduction in CO2 emissions, the steel retains its excellent mechanical and strength properties, comparable to traditional steel products.
