If the roof is damaged, the replacement can be carried out by our authorized team. Moreover, even a damaged panel does not cause the roof to lose its tightness, so the house is safe even until the service team arrives. In the SOLROOF system, SolarEdge optimizers are placed under the VOLT wind deflectors (guided along the side edges of the roof) and under the inactive – easy to dismantle – FIT steel roof panels. The panels are connected with a “click” lock. If the replaced panel is located in the middle part of the roof slope, it is enough to dismantle one panel located above the damaged one.
Snap lock technology and BEND LOCK ensure safe and trouble-free replacement of panels, thus minimizing the risk of damage to adjacent elements and completely eliminating the need to dismantle the entire roof.
This solution is unique to the SOLROOF system.
Pursuant to Article 7a of the Consumer Rights Act, the warranty processing time is 14 days. The time to remove the fault depends on the degree of the fault.
