Sometimes customers need more time to install the electrical part. This happens, for example, in the case of a shell house but already covered with a roof. In such a case, we will install the roof, and some of the electrical components (e.g. inverter) and start-up will be performed after the connection is made. At SOLROOF, the delivery and assembly of individual stages/elements takes place in consultation with the investor.
Our order fulfillment process is intuitive because we care about the comfort of SOLROOF customers. Innovative technology is just a few simple steps away.
1. Design and quotation: You send us the roof design, and our specialists from the SOLROOF center prepare an offer taking into account the arrangement of panels on the roof, azimuth, angle of inclination and investment location.
2. Agreement, acceptance of the order, verification of the construction site with the design, order completion and delivery to the construction site: After your acceptance of the offer, we proceed to implementation. At this stage, we analyze construction conditions and plan safe transport and unloading. The SOLROOF system is a modular solution, available immediately – delivery of elements may take 3-5 days.
3. Photovoltaic roof installation: Your SOLROOF roof is installed by a qualified, authorized roofing team. Thanks to the assembly technology, the installation runs smoothly and is not noticeably longer than the installation of standard roofing.
4. Connecting the installation to the network: We care about your safety. Connecting the installation to the grid is carried out by SOLROOF specialists who have appropriate authorizations to start the inverter.
5. Transfer of documentation, training: After completing the assembly work, you will receive complete documentation from us, which has been verified and approved by specialists.
Their duration depends largely on the client’s decision, changes introduced and the institution’s response time.
