ArcelorMittal officially supplies XCarb® steel for SOLROOF
ArcelorMittal is the official supplier of the XCarb® steel used for the integrated photovoltaic roof SOLROOF Powered by BP2.
At the ongoing BAU trade fair in Munich, we became a strategic partner of ArcelorMittal for the use of XCarb® low-carbon steel for the production of FIT VOLT roof panels.
XCarb steel is linked to ArcelorMittal’s Global Steel Innovation Programme, which aims to achieve carbon-neutral steel by 2050. The initiatives included in XCarb are aimed at reducing the carbon footprint.
